1. Who operates this website

millionpixels.space is operated by GERARD MULDER LTD, company number 17116746.

2. Independent project

millionpixels.space is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to X Corp. References to X are only used to describe the public profile links supplied by users.

3. What we provide

We provide pixel space on millionpixels.space. We do not transfer ownership of the website, the pixel space, the page, the domain, or any part of the website to the buyer.

4. Purpose of the website

millionpixels.space is intended as a fun way to discover public X profiles through a shared one million pixel wall. A placement on the wall does not mean that we endorse, approve or recommend the linked profile.

5. Pixel colour and profile links

Each request is for one pixel, one hex colour code and one public X profile link. One form submission and one payment covers one pixel only. If you want more pixels, you must submit the form again and make a separate payment for each pixel. The same X handle or profile link may not be repeated across the wall as spam.

6. Authority to submit a profile

You may only submit an X profile link that belongs to you, your business, your client, or a profile you are authorised to promote. We may refuse or remove placements that appear unauthorised, misleading, impersonating, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable.

7. Your responsibility

You are responsible for every X profile link you submit. You must not submit a profile or use the service in a way that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, misleading, a scam, impersonation, spam, harmful, or otherwise unsuitable.

8. Placement on millionpixels.space

You may choose the X position, Y position, width and height of your requested area. The selected area is only accepted if it is still available and does not overlap an existing placement. If the area has already been sold or overlaps another placement, the request may be rejected or you may be asked to choose a different area.

9. Review and acceptance

Requests may be reviewed before acceptance, but we do not actively monitor every linked profile on an ongoing basis. We reserve the right to refuse or remove pixels if a profile is clearly spam, a scam, impersonation, abusive, exploitative, illegal, harmful, misleading, unauthorised, repeatedly submitted, or otherwise unsuitable.

10. Reports and removal

Visitors can report a pixel or linked profile through the contact form. Reports should include the pixel location or X profile link and a short explanation. Serious reports, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), threats, terrorist content, scams, impersonation, exploitation, abuse or other illegal material, may lead to removal of the pixels without refund.

11. Removal and no refund

If pixels are refused or removed because the linked profile, account, content or use is spam, a scam, impersonation, abusive, exploitative, illegal, harmful, misleading, unauthorised, repeatedly submitted or otherwise in breach of these terms, no refund will be issued.

12. Payment

After your request has been checked and accepted, we will send you a secure payment link. Payments are handled through Monzo. By submitting an accepted request, you understand that the order carries an obligation to pay.

13. Going live

Once payment has been received and the profile link and colour have been checked, the pixel can usually be placed within a few minutes. This may take longer if there is a technical issue or if the submitted details are incorrect.

14. Changes after placement

Once pixels are approved, paid for and published, they are final. We do not offer later colour changes, link changes or replacements as part of the original placement.

15. Full wall

When millionpixels.space is full, it is full. The pixel space will not be reset, cleared or restarted to create new space.

16. External websites and X profiles

Pixels link to external public X profiles. We do not own, control, endorse or take responsibility for the content, availability, conduct, posts, media, replies, reposts or actions of external websites, X profiles or account owners. Visitors click external profiles at their own discretion.

17. Charity and community donations

Any charity or community donations are voluntary donations made by GERARD MULDER LTD from project profits. Pixel purchases are commercial purchases and are not charitable donations by the buyer. No fixed percentage, amount, recipient or donation schedule is guaranteed unless clearly stated on the website.
